One-Year Limited Warranty

VASCHY products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period starts on the original date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase. Ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the defect. We will review the claim and advise you of the next step.

Remedies for approved claims

For a purchase made directly on Vaschy.com, an approved warranty claim may be refunded if the refund is requested within 90 days of the purchase date. After 90 days, approved claims are resolved with a replacement or a store voucher. Replacement availability depends on current inventory.

If you purchased through an authorized retailer, provide your proof of purchase when you contact us so we can advise you of the applicable claims process.
